Yaani 1-6 hours tak koi high dopamine task nhi karte to ham apne brain par control regain kar sakte ha. AUr zaad ache tareeke se study kar sakte hai.

1) Emotional eating:- yaani bhukh nhi bhi lag rhi lekin kisi emotion ki vajah se ham baar baar kuch na kuch na khaaye hai.
2) Excessive internet usage and gaming.:- yaani dopamine fasting ke dauraan ham koi video game nhi khelegne aur na hi internet use karenge.
3) Gambling and shopping:- Koi jua nhi na hi koi shopping jis se hame dopamine kich mile.

5) Thrill:- Koi zaada adventurous kaam nhi karna hai.
